Sarah Shebaya
Sarah Shebaya is a Protocol and Etiquette Specialist and a Cross-Cultural Management Coach and Consultant, for governments, businesses and individuals. Acquiring a degree in Political Studies with a Minor in Psychology, she went on to study French Etiquette and Savoir Vivre and became a Certified Protocol Professional (CPP), the highest professional designation earned in the field of Protocol.
Sarah was also selected by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group to become one of the first Certified Mediator’s in the Middle East for business disputes, encouraging alternative methods to litigation.
Her education and experience has given her the privilege of being a part-time faculty member, the chance to work extensively with non-profit organisations and the opportunity to coach governmental officials and bodies and company executives (in Vienna and Paris, the Emirates, Muscat, Amman, Jeddah, Riyadh and Beirut, New York, Boston and Vancouver and Tokyo, Shanghai and Beijing) on new skill-sets that equip them with edge over their competitors, such as Cross-Cultural Understanding and Management, International Protocol, Luxury Service Etiquette and Business Protocol and Etiquette. Additionally, she has been a part of multiple local and international world summits in the Middle East and in the United States, notably The World Summit of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, providing protocol and cross-culture consultancies for the contracted companies.
Born and raised in Australia, Sarah spends much of her time living and working in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. When not travelling, Sarah is building a spaceship and can be reached at sarah@shebaya.com.
